Final Cut: BOTTOMS
Two unpopular high schoolers start a fight club at their school for exactly one reason: to get close to the cheerleaders they're obsessed with. It escalates roughly as badly as that sentence implies. BOTTOMS is one of the funniest, meanest, most gleefully unhinged comedies of the last decade, and almost nobody saw it in a theater — which is exactly the kind of film Final Cut exists for. Twelve of us, one living room, a movie most of the room hasn't seen, and then we stay after and dig into it together. Doors at 6, movie at 6:30. Your $5 holds one of twelve seats, and the address comes to you once you've got a ticket.
